JIDA Officially Launches JDC 2026 at Inaugural Press Conference

JIDA officially launched the JIDA Designer’s Choice (JDC) 2026 at its inaugural press conference, marking the official start of this year’s awards programme. During the launch, JIDA unveiled the 2026 award categories, registration information, and submission timeline, inviting outstanding companies across Malaysia’s interior design and furnishing industry to participate.

This year, JDC 2026 features two award categories:

• Outstanding Product Award – recognising innovative and high-quality interior products that excel in design, functionality, sustainability, and market impact.
• Outstanding Industry Partner Award – recognising companies that demonstrate professionalism, service excellence, strong industry reputation, and meaningful contributions to the industry.

In addition, one exceptional entry will receive the prestigious JDC of the Year award, the highest honour presented to the most outstanding submission across all categories.

Building on the success of previous editions, JDC continues to provide a platform for outstanding products and industry partners to gain recognition from Malaysia’s interior design community while celebrating excellence across the industry.

Registration

Registration for JDC 2026 is now open. During the inaugural press conference, JIDA also introduced the registration process and submission requirements for participating companies. Interested companies may access the JDC 2026 registration page through the JIDA website and begin their submission journey.
